4. Refund and Cancellation Policies
4.1. Service Engagements Refund Policy
If you cancel a scheduled consultation or service at least 48 hours before the appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, refunds are not generally provided due to the reserved time and preparatory work involved.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances on our side, we will offer to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
Funds are returned using the original payment method within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
4.2. Informational Products Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are granted only if there is a verified technical issue preventing access or if the product received is substantially different from the description.
To request a refund, please contact us via the form at customer support within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days upon approval.
4.3. Physical Goods Refund Policy
If the physical goods are defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify SeniorHelpHub within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Returned goods must be sent back in their original packaging and condition. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by SeniorHelpHub if the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds or replacements will be provided using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Service Rescheduling
Clients may request rescheduling of service appointments up to 24 hours before the original scheduled time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued for missed appointments in such cases.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain customized or one-on-one session packages may explicitly state a no-refund policy due to the nature of tailored services and time resources committed. Such terms will be clearly communicated before purchase.
